We offer standard shipping on all orders with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier volumes.
Shipping Rates
* Orders over $45: Free Standard Shipping.
* Orders under $45: Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our facility. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package and see your estimated delivery date.
International Shipping
Hive & Hound currently ships exclusively to customers within the United States. To ensure we provide the best value and specialized selection, all orders are fulfilled through our international warehouse. This direct-from-source model allows us to maintain high quality standards while delivering products straight to your door. We are continually evaluating our logistics to expand to international locations in the future.
Delivery Issues & Shipping Errors
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for every delivery to be seamless, we understand that issues can occur.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us. In these instances, we will provide a full refund or a replacement to ensure you and your dog are taken care of.
