If your dog doesn’t love their Nectar Cup, or if they accidentally ate it, you are covered. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

• No Headaches: You don’t need to navigate a complicated portal or print out confusing labels.

• No Questions Asked: If it didn’t work for your pup, it didn't work. We won't make you jump through hoops to get your money back.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and a brief note about why the product wasn't a fit. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the necessary delivery information to return your item.

Our Nectar Cups are engineered for daily use and designed to resist stains and odors. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can send out a replacement right away.
